Stage 4: Develop Development
Through our Technical Services, we support customers throughout the entire lifecycle of their HMI application – from initial commissioning through customised enhancements to productive system integration, whether as a standalone development or with HELIO as a powerful foundation. Knowledge-building within the team, bespoke customisations and on-site technical implementation ensure that the solution is optimally tailored to the specific use case and operates reliably in production.
Training
From HELIO commissioning to safe operation: we provide the necessary expertise through practical, step-by-step sessions. Depending on your needs, this can take the form of initial training, a Q&A session or support throughout the project – complemented by training materials and documentation for the team.
Custom elements
Whether it’s a bespoke UI element, a complex visualisation, a new feature or a custom interface – we design, develop and test tailor-made extensions on the front end using the HELIO SDK and on the back end using the HELIO API. From the initial idea to the finished solution, including handover and documentation.
System integration
When it comes to system integration, we handle application development, control selection and the implementation of existing templates or design systems – either as standalone HELIO projects or by supporting the client’s development team. The handover takes place in stages, with ongoing support until the client is able to continue the work independently.
Result
By the end of this phase, you will have a technically sound HMI application that is ready for production use: whether through the expertise of your own trained team, bespoke custom elements including documentation, or a fully integrated system implementation. This provides you with a reliable technical solution tailored to your specific use case – supported right through to the point where your team can take over and continue the work independently.
