Backend Developer Rust
Full-time at our Würzburg location or remote
We are looking for reinforcement in the area of backend development with Rust for the development of our HMI development environment HELIO.
We are a small team and place great value on independent and reliable work. You know best when and where you can do your work most effectively. You can determine your own working hours and location, whether in the office or remotely. We can exchange ideas and questions at any time via Slack, GitHub, Teams, and other tools.
Do you enjoy programming with Rust? Do you already have practical experience in backend development? Are you motivated to develop innovative solutions? Are good solutions more important to you than quick implementation? Then become part of our team. Whether you have a degree in computer science or have come to programming from a different field, we look forward to hearing from you.
Your tasks
- Development of backend components in Rust
- API design with REST and GraphQL

Working Student Design
Würzburg / starting immediately / 1 Semester or longer
We are a small team, which is why we place a lot of value on independent and reliable work. You know best when and where you can do your work. You can therefore determine your own working hours and whether you want to work in the office or remotely. Nevertheless, we can always exchange ideas and questions via Slack, Github, Teams and other tools.
Do you enjoy designing interfaces that are intuitive to use and well received by users? Do you have a good feeling for shapes, proportions, colours and typography? And do you have a good portion of empathy to put yourself in the users' shoes? Then become part of our team and support us in all disciplines. We are looking forward to you!
Your tasks
- the conception and design of user-friendly applications
- the creation of paper prototypes and wireframes
- the design of controls and icons, data visualisations and animations
- the creation of interactive prototypes
- the creation of UI style guides
You have
- an advanced degree in communication design, interaction design or similar
- ideally already some practical experience in the field of UX/UI or web design
- routine with Apple and experience in Figma
- very good German and good English skills

Working Student Development
Würzburg / starting immediately / 1 Semester or longer
HMI Project designs innovative Human Machine Interfaces for industrial applications. Due to premium quality design we create an user-friendly software and provide customised/tailor-made solutions which work and inspire.
As a working student in the area of front-end development, you will design, develop and test new features for our web-based UI editor with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML and CSS.
As we are a small team, we attach great importance to independent and reliable work. You know when and where you can do your work best. You can therefore determine your own working hours and whether you want to work in the office or remotely. We can still exchange ideas and questions at any time via Slack, Github and other collaboration tools.
What we are looking for
