Stage 5: Deliver Rollout
During the rollout phase, we continue to support the client following the development phase, right through to market readiness and the adaptation of the design across the entire product range.
Our support includes reviews during further development, as well as the expansion and optimisation of the design system, supplemented by presentations, videos and training sessions to support marketing and sales.
Ready for the Future
For us, a successful launch is not the end of a project. Particularly in the industrial and automation sectors, the true success of a project is only determined weeks or months after the launch – when systems move into live operation, staff start working with new interfaces, and the first areas of friction become apparent. We remain closely involved: monitoring how your teams adopt the new solution and acting swiftly when adjustments are needed.
