Würzburg Company Run 2026

What a run! At the 2026 WVV Company Run, our HMI Project Racing Team faced not only the clock but also the tropical temperatures. To make matters worse, the route had been altered, increasing the running distance by one kilometre to 8.5 km.
The Company Run is a fixed date in our summer calendar. Our team of eight participants this year impressed with their total commitment (Fränzi had travelled specially for the event) and international flair (our French intern Aurélien was quite surprised by the high temperatures in ‘Northern Europe’).
Congratulations to our in-house title defender Johannes, who, despite the heat and knee problems, ran a fabulous time of under 40 minutes, securing an impressive 134th place out of 2,156 participants. Thank you to the highly committed team, and thank you also to the organisers, who, as always, put on a superbly organised event.
